Tap2Access NFC Bracelet Lifetime Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage:
Tap2Access provides a lifetime warranty on the functionality of the NFC chip embedded in our NFC Bracelets. This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions of the NFC chip that arise during normal use.


Eligibility
Original Owner: The warranty is valid for the original owner of the NFC Bracelet only. It is non-transferable and cannot be claimed by any subsequent owners.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty. Ensure you retain your receipt as it is necessary to verify your purchase and warranty eligibility.

Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues with the NFC chip functionality, please follow these steps to claim your warranty:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@tap2access.com. Provide your purchase details, including the receipt, and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
Inspection and Verification: Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will inspect and verify the issue. You may be required to send the defective NFC Bracelet to us for further examination.
Replacement or Repair: If the NFC chip is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Tap2Access will, at its discretion, either repair the NFC chip or replace the NFC Bracelet with an identical or similar product at no additional cost.

Exclusions.
The lifetime warranty does not cover:
Physical Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorised alterations, or improper handling of the NFC Bracelet.
Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover the loss or theft of the NFC Bracelet.
Non-NFC Components: The warranty is limited to the NFC chip functionality and does not cover other components of the bracelet such as straps, buckles, or any aesthetic wear and tear.
Limitations:
Tap2Access’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the NFC Bracelet as described above. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the NFC Bracelet.

How to Maintain Your Warranty:
To ensure your NFC Bracelet remains in good condition and to maintain your warranty, please follow these care instructions:
– Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Keep the bracelet away from extreme temperatures and harsh chemicals.
– Do Not Bend: Avoid bending the bracelet in the middle where the NFC chip is located, as this can damage the chip.
– Regular Cleaning: Clean the bracelet gently with a soft cloth to avoid any damage to the NFC chip and other components.
